BOLDTHINGS builds software, apps and systems for multi-site businesses, with hospitality as our home ground. Our referral programme pays a flat $1,500 for every client you introduce who signs a build and pays their first invoice. Our projects are substantial, so we can afford to be generous.

Who we’re looking for.
Groups with three or more sites that need booking, loyalty, an app or a website built properly. Most of our work is in hospitality and leisure: restaurants, bars, members’ clubs, hostels and gyms. The same systems suit other sectors, so introduce any group that fits. Projects that need building properly, then looking after.

You see what we see.
Every introduction appears in your dashboard with its stage, the date it moved and our latest note. If a lead was already ours, you see why. Payouts show the date, the amount and the reference. We email you every time a stage changes.

How much do I earn?
A flat $1,500 for every client you introduce who signs a build and pays their first invoice. No cap, and no fee to join.
When am I paid?
30 days after the client’s first invoice clears, by bank transfer. You add your payout details in your signed-in dashboard, never by email.
What counts as a qualifying client?
A business that was not already talking to us, signs a build with us, and pays its first invoice. Your introduction is protected for 12 months, and if two people introduce the same business, the first to register wins.
How do I introduce someone?
Three ways: share your personal link, use Introduce someone in your dashboard, or copy hello@boldthin.gs into an email. Each is checked the same way, and you are told the outcome, with the reason if we could not register it.
How do I track my introductions?
Sign in with your email. Your dashboard shows every introduction, its stage, the date it moved, our latest note, and every payout.
What if I introduce someone you already know?
You see that straight away, with the reason, for example that they enquired with us directly. Nothing is dropped silently.
Can I refer my own business?
No. Self-referrals, existing clients and leads already in conversation with us don’t count.
How do I sign in?
With your email: we send you a link, so there is no password. Every application is approved by hand first, within two working days.
Do I need to pay tax on it?
Referral fees are income, and what you owe depends on where you live. We can’t give tax advice, so check with an accountant.
Can I join from outside the UK?
Yes. We pay by bank transfer, in pounds or dollars, wherever you are.
